Return/ Exchange/ Refund

We would love for you to have products from us that you cherish. On rare occasions, if you aren’t satisfied with our product and would like to return it, please drop a mail to us stating your name, purchase number, date of purchase and the reason for return at info@talahdesign.com within 5 days of receiving the product. We request you to return the item within 10 days of receiving the parcel. We will accept return of the product only if it is intact with tag in its original condition without any damage or stains.

Once the item is received and duly checked, we will provide you with Store Credits of an amount equal to that of the purchased product. Store Credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issuing.

You can exchange products by first following the return procedure. Once we receive the product, we can offer an exchange with a product of same or higher price value.

If you do not abide by the aforementioned timelines, the company is not reliable for return or exchange.

Return and Exchange aren’t applicable on items on SALE.

Eligibilty criteria for exchange

  • Tālah apparel is eligible for exchange for size related issues, within 5 days of delivery if original packaging and tags are intact & the product is not used or washed.

  • However, Design Partner brands are not eligible for any exchanges.

  • Footwear sought to be exchanged, should be unused. Footwear worn for trials, must be tried on a carpeted surface as worn soles will not be accepted for exchange.

  • Home category products are not eligible for returns or exchange unless the product delivered has a quality/manufacturing defect OR has been delivered broken. Please do photograph the defect as soon as you open the packaging.

  • Products purchased during sale period / discounted pricing, are not eligible for returns or exchange.

  • Accessories and Jewellery are not eligible for returns or exchange.

  • Customised products or special bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.

  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.

Refund policy

  • If your purchase meets the eligibility criteria stated above, we will happily exchange and offer a fresh piece.

  • In the rare instance we are unable to do so, we issue and email a credit note to the registered email address or the e-mail address used while making the purchase.

  • The credit note will be valid for six (6) months from the date of issue and can be redeemed both online and at any of our stores pan India.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
